Device description:
The device adopt the ultrasonic cleaning and vacuum drying to wash the steering wheel frame and then carry out the silane treatment. The workpiece is suspended and fixed on the machine, with automatic material feeding. It is transported among the baths by the manipulator arms and then the ultrasonic cleaning. At last, the workpiece is discharged after the vacuum drying on the conveyor at the outlet.
